Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, motivated and results-driven Marketing & Social Media / Advertising Specialist to help grow our business through social media, digital marketing and paid advertising.

The main focus of the role is to generate genuine customer enquiries and qualified leads, increase brand awareness and help convert marketing activity into new business.

Key Duties

Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Create professional posts, videos, reels and promotional content.
Plan and manage Meta paid advertising campaigns.
Generate qualified leads and customer enquiries.
Research local target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
Create and test different adverts, offers and content.
Monitor advertising budgets, leads and cost per lead.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve results.
Advise management on advertising strategy, budgets and new marketing opportunities.
Track enquiries, appointments, surveys and potential sales.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or paid advertising.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook advertising.
Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
Creative with the ability to produce engaging content.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
Comfortable analysing advertising data and making improvements.
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
Commercially minded and focused on generating customers, not just likes and followers.
Experience in heating, renewable energy, solar, battery storage, boilers or home improvement would be an advantage.
Experience with Google Ads, Canva, TikTok or LinkedIn advertising would be desirable.

Pay: £25,420.00-£57,653.36 per year
