Job Summary

Passion4hair is an independent, growing, family-owned business working within the professional hairdressing industry.

We are looking for a commercially minded, proactive and naturally engaging person to join us in a new Partner Growth & Engagement role.

This is not traditional telesales, and it is not a corporate account-management job.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, taking initiative and seeing things through.

Someone who is comfortable working in a growing independent business where ideas move quickly, people work closely together and your contribution is visible.

You will work closely with our Marketing & Commercial team, helping turn opportunities into stronger partner relationships, new business and commercial growth.

Duties

Your role will include:
Following up new leads, enquiries and campaign responses

The role is about being proactive rather than reactive.

Speaking with potential new salon and stylist partners and helping them understand how Passion4hair can support their business
Proactively engaging with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
Reconnecting with customers who have become less active
Supporting new product launches and commercial campaigns
Working closely with the Marketing & Commercial team to make sure opportunities are properly followed through
Engaging with customers through phone, email and social media
Supporting salons and stylists with relevant Academy and education opportunities
Helping customers understand our wider Partner Salon and #SalonLove opportunities
Sharing customer feedback, objections and opportunities with the wider team
Using our CRM and technology to manage opportunities and make sure important conversations do not get lost
Following things through from first conversation to commercial outcome

We want technology to handle as much of the repetitive administration as possible.

Our systems are being developed to help identify and prioritise opportunities such as:

A new lead → A campaign response → A customer who has gone quiet → A launch opportunity → An Academy attendee → A potential new partner

Qualifications

Experience in sales, account development, customer service or the professional hair and beauty industry would be useful, but we are equally interested in attitude, hunger, communication skills and commercial curiosity.

The role will also include a performance-related bonus structure linked to commercial outcomes such as customer growth, new business, reactivation and agreed business priorities.

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
