Administration & Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: Central London (Office Based)
Hours: 20 hours per week over 3 days
Pay: £15.00 per hourAbout UsWe are a growing face-to-face fundraising agency working with leading charities across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Recruitment Coordinator to support our team from our Central London office.This role is primarily administrative, with some recruitment support responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in accuracy, and can help ensure the smooth running of our office and recruitment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration

Maintain accurate employee, fundraising, and company records.
Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and other administrative paperwork.
Manage spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Support payroll administration and timesheet collection.
Assist with reporting and data entry.
Coordinate office supplies and support the day-to-day running of the office.
Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Recruitment Support

Post job adverts and monitor applications.
Schedule interviews and assessment days.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding new starters.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

About YouEssential Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Previous administration experience.
Experience within face-to-face fundraising, charity fundraising, sales, or a people-focused environment.
An interest in recruitment and people administration.

What We Offer

£15.00 per hour.
20 hours per week across 3 days.
Central London office-based role.
