Company Overview

Trehellas House Hotel is a charming small 12-bedroom hotel located in Washaway, nestled between Bodmin and Wadebridge. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Assistant to join our team at Trehellas House Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
Provide guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas of the hotel.
Support the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Help with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel management.

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
