To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for aProduction Manager to come and join our team at our Sittingbourne factory in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

The development and promotion through effective communication of Company, Factory and Team plans and their focused implementation to achieve defined objectives.
People Management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance review to ensure delivery of objectives through team working.
To facilitate the rigorous application of IMS, TPM Tools and Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement across all areas of manufacturing capability.
The development of systems and standards to deliver world-class standards of housekeeping within the manufacturing environment using 5S’ principles.
Implementation and adherence of factory based Risk Assessments and Standard operating Procedures

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

A high degree of self-motivation.
Demonstrable supervisory experience.
Be a natural coach, able to lead, motivate and develop a multi-skilled team, ensuring they deliver all targets and objectives
Ability to work collaboratively across all departments and levels of the business.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse data to inform decision making.
Have the ambition and ability to progress into a senior managerial role.
Experience in continuous operation production process.
Demonstrable organisational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures.
A recognised Health and Safety Qualification, IOSH or NEBOSH.
