Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Microneedling Technician to join our dynamic skincare team. In this role, you will perform advanced microneedling treatments designed to rejuvenate skin, improve texture, and promote a youthful appearance. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through safe, effective, and innovative procedures. Responsibilities

Conduct microneedling procedures using specialized devices to stimulate collagen production and improve skin health.
Assess clients’ skin conditions and customize treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and safety.
Maintain a clean, sterile treatment area following all health and safety regulations.
Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and follow-up recommendations.
Stay current with the latest microneedling techniques, tools, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Skills

Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and microneedling technology.
Excellent manual dexterity and precision for handling delicate equipment and performing treatments.
Knowledge of sterilization procedures and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment processes and expected outcomes.
Familiarity with safety protocols related to skin treatments and infection control.
Experience with materials handling, assembly of treatment devices, or related technical skills is a plus.
Basic math skills for measuring treatment parameters accurately.
