PPC Executive (Digital Marketing)

Location: Office Based
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

We are a rapidly growing ecommerce business supplying food products across multiple online marketplaces including our own website, Amazon, eBay and other digital channels.

As our business continues to expand, we're creating a brand-new role for a motivated graduate who is looking to build a career in digital marketing and ecommerce. The Role

As our Graduate PPC & Digital Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with our ecommerce team to help manage and optimise our online paid and non paid advertising and digital marketing activities.

Existing knowledge and practical experience of paid advertising on platforms such as Google, Amazon, Meta are a plus —we're looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to further develop and learn.

You'll lead the growth across:

Google Ads
Amazon Seller Central Advertising
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing
Ecommerce performance analysis
Campaign optimisation
Digital marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities

Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Amazon Advertising
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Learn how to optimise bids, keywords, targeting and budgets
Produce performance reports using marketing data and analytics
Curate and manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
Manage promotional campaigns and new product launches
Conduct competitor and market research
Help improve website traffic, sales and return on advertising spend
Work closely with the ecommerce team on marketing initiatives
Continuously develop knowledge of digital marketing best practice

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about digital marketing and ecommerce
Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Curious, proactive and eager to learn
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
Keen to build a long-term career within a growing business

Desirable (Not Essential)

It would be beneficial—but certainly not required—if you have:

An understanding of Google Ads or PPC advertising
Experience using Google Analytics
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing social media pages
Experience using Excel to analyse data

Full platform-specific training will be provided.
