Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote our premium stonework solutions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts
Engage with potential customers through B2B sales channels, including meetings, calls, and presentations
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice
Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using organizational and time management skills
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or stone industry
Strong negotiation skills with a positive, proactive approach to closing deals
Valid driving license with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge of IT tools for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales tracking
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
Customer service orientation with a passion for building lasting relationships
