About Us
At Tiny Treasures Nursery, we believe every child deserves a nurturing, inspiring start to their learning journey. We are a warm and welcoming setting committed to providing high-quality early years education in a safe and stimulating environment.

We have recently renovated our garden area and continue to improve our growing setting. The Nursery has a 65 child capacity has been rated 'Good' by OFSTED.

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities, helping them grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.

We offer flexible working patterns including full-time hours over 4 days or part-time hours over flexible days.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous experience in an early years setting (preferred)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
