Join a multi-disciplinary team during an ambitious phase of expansion.

Following a period of significant investment, we are currently expanding our facilities to be a six-surgery site. We are looking for a forward-thinking and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our clinical team and help us drive this next chapter of growth.

We are a modern, private practice that prioritizes both clinical excellence and a vibrant team culture. As part of the Unity Dental Group, a Devon-based cluster of six practices, we offer the support and resources of a larger network without the "corporate" feel. Our Practice Principal, Dr. Chris Callison, works on-site four days a week, providing the team with clinical autonomy and direct leadership.

The Details

Days: Flexible. We are expanding and are open to discussing a schedule (number of days) that works for the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For

We want to meet clinicians who are passionate about continuous development and exceptional patient care.

Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiastic attitude.
Confidence using cloud-based technology and digital workflows.
A portfolio showcasing your experience and completed cases.
A full range of preventative and general dentistry skills.

Requirements

Valid GDC registration.
Valid indemnity cover and DBS check.
Proof of Hepatitis B immunity.
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance.
