Field Sales Representative – Solar Campaign (South Wales)
£60,000+ OTE | £25,500–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re building a high-performance field sales team across South Wales — and we’re looking for people who are hungry to earn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Door knocking residential areas across South Wales
- Introducing our “Bill Swap” solar offering (no upfront cost, monthly payment model)
- Booking qualified appointments for surveyors
This is not a hard-close role.
Your job is simple:
Create interest. Build trust. Book quality appointments.
Solar is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the UK, driven by:

Earnings & Progression:
- £25,500-£30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- £60,000+ realistic OTE
- Top performers will earn well beyond this
- Clear progression path: Junior → Senior → Manager → Director

Strong Advantage If You Have:
- Door-to-door or residential canvassing experience
- Charity fundraising or similar background
- SDR or BDM experience
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Based in or around Bridgend, South Wales
