Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time) Join Cardiff's Biggest Bagel Company

At The Bagel Place, we're more than just bagels.

We're an independent Cardiff business that's grown into the city's biggest bagel company, with 2 store locations in Cardiff, serving fresh bagels, speciality coffee, smoothies, cakes and more. We work hard, move fast, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

What you'll be doing

Preparing our food and drinks to a consistently high standard.
Making coffees, smoothies and serving customers.
Delivering friendly, fast customer service.
Keeping the kitchen and shop clean, organised and safe.
Working with your team during busy services.
Learning every aspect of how our business operates.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

Reliable and have a strong work ethic.
Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Happy to work as part of a small, supportive team.
Eager to learn and develop new skills.
Looking for somewhere you can genuinely grow.

Previous experience in hospitality or food preparation is a bonus—but not essential. We'll provide full training for the right person.

Hours

We're recruiting for both:

Full-time positions
Part-time positions (ideal for students)

Weekend availability and flexibility are highly valued.
