Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Paint Sprayer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes on commercial structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a good understanding of painting techniques and equipment. Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Set up and operate spray painting equipment efficiently and safely
Apply coatings evenly across various manufactured components
control ordering of paint materials
Perform maintenance on spray equipment to ensure proper functioning
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during application processes
Assist with surface repairs or touch-ups as required
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot spray painting machinery effectively
Proficiency with hand tools for surface preparation and minor repairs
Experience with power tools used in surface finishing and preparation tasks
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or cumbersome materials and equipment
Strong attention to detail to achieve a smooth, professional finish
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, or lifting during work shifts
