Skilled Multi-Trade Subcontractor Location: Bridgwater, Somerset and surrounding areas
Pay: £165–£185 per day, depending on experience and ability

Project Maintenance is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Subcontractor to assist with a growing workload across Bridgwater and the surrounding areas.
I am looking for someone who is genuinely skilled across several trades and takes pride in producing a high standard of work. A large amount of our work is carried out in customers’ homes, so reliability, cleanliness and good communication with customers are extremely important. This would suit an experienced multi-trader who is capable of working independently and completing jobs properly without needing constant supervision.
Experience Required:
Ideally, you will have strong experience in several of the following: Bathroom fitting and refurbishment, Kitchen fitting, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and decorating, Tiling & General property maintenance. You do not necessarily need to specialise in every trade listed above, but you must have proven multi-trade experience.
You Must Have:
Proven experience as a skilled multi-trader, Your own van, preferably without company signage, Your own tools, Full UK driving licence, Ability to work independently, Good attention to detail, A clean and tidy approach to working in customers’ homes, Good communication and customer service skills, Be reliable and turn up when agreed, Public liability insurance, Be registered as self-employed and able to invoice for your work.
What We Offer: £165–£185 per day depending on experience and ability, local work around Bridgwater and the surrounding area, No working away, Potential for long-term ongoing work for the right person, PPE can be supplied where required, Workwear/uniform may be available in the future, contribution towards fuel may be considered where significant travelling is required outside your normal local area.
The right person will be someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers and their properties with respect and is comfortable representing a well-established local property maintenance business.
