We are looking for an Assistant Achievement Leader who will:

work directly with students to support, motivate, and encourage students to succeed
bring knowledge and experience to secure positive outcomes through pastoral support
create a positive link between the school and families
actively support young people and their families to overcome barriers to learning
model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour
