Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Microbiologist to join our laboratory team in Dudley, West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant microbiology laboratory experience, preferably within a food and/or water testing laboratory, with a strong understanding of microbiological testing, quality standards, and laboratory procedures.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant microbiology laboratory experience.
Experience in food and/or water microbiological testing is highly desirable.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
Strong laboratory and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional laboratory team.
Experience working within an accredited/quality-controlled laboratory environment is advantageous.
Candidates residing in the West Midlands or able to easily commute to our Dudley laboratory are preferred.
Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
UK visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
