£14.90 per hour | 50 hours per week

M&S Carden Avenue Brighton Retail Park

Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00 - 20:00

What You'll Be Doing

As a Security Officer at M&S, you'll help create a safe and positive shopping experience by:

Providing a visible and professional security presence within store

Delivering world class customer service to customers and colleagues

Helping prevent loss, theft and anti-social behaviour

Using store technology including body-worn cameras and mobile reporting systems

Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies

Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards

Supporting compliance with company policies and legal requirements

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are approachable, professional and passionate about customer experience.

You'll Need:

A valid SIA Licence

Previous security experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A calm and professional approach in challenging situations

Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
