Job Summary

We are seeking like-minded motivated and ambitious individual to join our successful team of finance brokers based in Corby on a full-time basis. You will be working to qualify leads, analyse companies financials and negotiate terms to secure the deal. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic team to earn incredible rewards from our strong uncapped commission structure, with a £50k OTE with limited experience required.

Our core products are unsecured commercial loans and asset finance, which we provide to business owners across the UK. Mastering both finance and sales is are huge keys to success — powerful skills that open doors and create opportunities in every area of life.

Duties

Inbound & outbound calls to customers to discuss their business finance requirements.
Working to realistic monthly KPI's.
Cross-Selling through our unique & lucrative additional products
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
Prepare proposals to lenders to secure finance approvals for clients

Qualifications

1 years sales experience (preferred)
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritise, self-motivate and can-do attitude.
Must have UK Driving license
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
