Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant Queenshilling family. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure the smooth operation of the bar area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, engaging with a diverse clientele while honing your hospitality skills. All positions are paid, including internships, and prior experience in a similar setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables as required
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times
Restock supplies and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages during service
Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as needed
Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming environment
Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including responsible alcohol service

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
ability to work in a fast paced enviroment whilst keeping calm and relaxed
Strong customer service skills with the ability to talk to customers confidently
Effective time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing demands
Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills
