Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, where you will play a vital role in evaluating vehicle repairs and damages with precision and enthusiasm. This energetic position involves inspecting vehicles thoroughly, providing clear assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help streamline the claims process, ensure accurate damage evaluations, and contribute to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent and type of repairs needed
Accurately document damages using industry-standard tools and software
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair estimates and damage findings
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer and the company
Collaborate with repair shops, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
Handle cash transactions related to assessments or additional services professionally and securely
Maintain meticulous records of all assessments, communications, and transactions for compliance and quality assurance

Experience

Previous experience in vehicle inspection, auto body work, or related automotive roles is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle structures, parts, and repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
Experience in upselling services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
Familiarity with cash handling procedures ensuring accuracy and security during transactions
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
