As a Dance or Aqua Aerobics Instructor, you'll be a motivator, role model, and performer who creates a positive and inclusive environment where customers of all ages and abilities can enjoy being active. Whether you're leading a high-energy dance fitness class or an engaging aqua workout, you'll bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality dance-based fitness classes.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment.
- Teach a variety of dance and group exercise formats where qualified.
- Adapt choreography and exercise intensity to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
- Motivate participants through excellent class leadership, music selection, and energy.
- Build customer confidence and help participants achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
- Deliver safe and effective aqua aerobics classes in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead fun and inclusive water-based workouts suitable for a wide range of abilities.
- Adapt exercises to meet individual needs, ensuring all participants can take part safely.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and motivation throughout classes.
- Promote the benefits of aquatic exercise and encourage regular participation.
- Work closely with centre teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool users.

- Committed to delivering exceptional class experiences every time.
- Relevant Exercise to Music, Group Exercise, Dance Fitness, Aqua Aerobics, or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification.
- Current industry-recognised group exercise qualification relevant to the discipline being taught.
- Knowledge of health and safety and class risk management.
- Experience delivering group exercise classes is desirable.
