Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, excellent customer service abilities, and substantial administrative experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational efficiency and support senior management with a variety of administrative functions. The successful applicant will be integral in ensuring smooth daily operations within our organisation.

Duties

Manage and oversee administrative processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing effective solutions.
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless information flow.
Support senior management with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and preparing presentation materials.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist with organising company events, training sessions, and other organisational activities.
Supervise junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably at a senior level.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding customer service skills with a professional approach to communication.
Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently whilst managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
