Overview

Join our dynamic farm team as a General Farm Worker and become a vital part of cultivating a thriving agricultural environment! In this energetic role, you will engage in a variety of hands-on tasks that support crop production, animal care, and farm maintenance. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our farm operations, ensuring healthy crops, well-cared-for animals, and efficient equipment use. We value proactive, motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a lively farming community.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and power tools to keep operations running smoothly
Care for farm animals by feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring health and behaviour
Assist with equipment repair projects and perform basic troubleshooting using mechanical knowledge
Support general farm upkeep including cleaning work areas, organizing tools, and maintaining safety standards

Requirements

Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
Knowledge of animal care is a plus
Mechanical knowledge or experience with machinery maintenance is also a plus
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or handling animals
Willingness to learn new skills related to farm operations and maintenance
