The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What you’ll be doing

Are you a creative and passionate mixologist ready to elevate the guest experience through innovative cocktail creations? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love to showcase your skills, we want you on our team!

As a Mixologist, you will be the heartbeat of our bar, responsible for crafting extraordinary cocktails that delight our guests. Your expertise in mixology and commitment to exceptional hospitality will ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. You will have the opportunity to experiment with unique ingredients and create signature drinks that set our Bar apart as a must-visit destination.

In this role, you will lead by example, working alongside a dedicated team to provide outstanding service while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Your passion for people and creativity will shine through as you engage with guests, share your knowledge, and bring their cocktail experience to life.

What you’ll bring

Mixology Expertise: Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, with the ability to create and cost bespoke drink menus.
Guest-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering extraordinary service and an eagerness to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Innovative Mindset: A creative flair for experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and presentation to craft unique cocktails.
Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining high standards for drink preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide recommendations.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: A calm and adaptable nature that thrives in a busy bar setting while maintaining composure and efficiency.
