Overview

Join our luxurious hospitality team as a Hotel Spa Therapist, where your passion for wellness and beauty will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will deliver professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and skincare services, ensuring every guest feels relaxed, rejuvenated, and valued. Your expertise in makeup application and exceptional customer service skills will elevate our spa offerings and foster lasting guest relationships. Duties

Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and makeup application with precision and care
Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or skincare products
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area following health and safety standards
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging positively with guests and addressing their questions or concerns
Promote spa services, skincare products, and makeup techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and update guest profiles accordingly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the spa’s high standards of excellence

Requirements

Proven experience as a spa therapist or similar role within a luxury hotel or spa setting
Skilled in makeup application with the ability to customize looks for different occasions
Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with guests and team members
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and wellness practices
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Certification or licensing relevant to spa therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory
