Purpose of the job
This role is to support one of our gaming and entertainment clients and join a dynamic and fast-growing marketing and creative team where creativity, attention to detail and collaboration are at the heart of everything. Unlike traditional retailers, their customers aren’t simply deciding what to buy, they’re deciding how to spend their precious leisure time and that’s what makes our marketing so unique.
The team's role is to create bold, engaging campaigns that inspire customers to choose the client as their destination for excitement, enjoyment, and memorable experiences. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of small-to-medium complexity projects across print, digital and motion. You will ensure smooth workflows across creative, design, motion, copy, artwork and production - driving projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll play a central role in bringing ideas to life, coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring creative work is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.
You will own timelines, scope, budget tracking, stakeholder communication and approvals, becoming the central point of coordination - demonstrating strong, trusted relationships with colleagues throughout the delivery of projects and being consulted by the marketing team directly.
Operating within a fast-paced entertainment and gaming environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence ways of working, build strong cross-functional relationships and help shape the future creative output. If you're passionate about driving great creative through excellent planning, communication and teamwork, you'll thrive in our ambitious and evolving business.
