Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, challenges, and desired outcomes. Identify opportunities where technology or process improvements can deliver value.

Requirements Gathering:
Plan and conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions. Document functional and non functional requirements clearly for project and development teams.

Process Improvement:
Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Create process maps and recommend practical solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Communicate requirements clearly and help resolve questions or conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Support:
Work alongside project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet agreed requirements. Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare business requirements, user stories, process documentation, acceptance criteria, and analysis reports that support successful project delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, or a related role.

Analytical Skills:
You are comfortable analysing business processes, identifying problems, interpreting information, and turning complex requirements into clear and actionable solutions.

Communication:
You can communicate confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders and are comfortable facilitating meetings and requirements workshops.

Tools:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business process mapping tools, requirements management platforms, or project collaboration tools. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Mindset:
You are practical, organised, curious, and focused on outcomes. You know how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and balance business requirements with technical realities.

Pay: £3,588.00-£4,660.00 per month
