Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and versatile Multi Trade operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of building and maintenance tasks across various projects, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in multiple trades. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to utilise their diverse skill set in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality construction and renovation works.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and repairs with precision and attention to detail
Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure durability and weather resistance
Carry out painting to achieve smooth, professional finishes on various surfaces
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with safety standards and specifications
Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
Plastering
Vinyl floor laying / Wet Room is advantageous
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively
Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects or client needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used within construction environments
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical fitness to perform demanding manual labour over extended periods
A valid driving licence is desirable
DBS check
A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
