Full job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To be responsible for all sales processes throughout the Centre, to generate new prospects and convert to members/ customers in all areas of the business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsibility for all the Centre sales activities.

2. Generate new leads and prospects ensuring all points of contact are completed and followed up until blow out.

3. Be influential in creating the centres marketing plan, bringing new ideas and campaigns to the Management Team

4. Manage and maintain the centres social media presence, creating promotion content and interacting with followers.

5. Be responsible for the centres outreach plan, contacting local businesses and leaflet dropping in the local area. (Fit Street & SOTW).

6. Create a close out plan including mail shots, Text outs and promotions.

7. Contact expiring annual memberships and chase debtors to renew or make rejected payments aiming for a 50% reclaim rate.

8. To facilitate the mystery shopper email, social media and phone replies, aiming for a minimum of 90% each month.

9. Receiving members and guests, answering queries and providing detailed information on the Centre’s activities.

10. Answering incoming telephone calls in a prompt, polite and friendly manner; recording details of messages and calls to be returned.

11. Always achieve and maintain the highest standard of personal and facility presentation, carrying out cleaning duties when required.

12. Operate the Centre in line with 3D Leisure Health and safety policy and procedures.

13. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction is always maintained, passing all customer feedback, verbal and written to the line manager.

14. Receiving monies associated with member and non-member bookings or purchases, paying careful attention to the accurate issue of receipts.

15. Reconciling all cash taken and producing accurate records.

16. Completing all necessary paperwork with care and accuracy, including typing and administrative duties, as requested by management.

17. Maintain up to date administrative records ensuring that all customer information and personal records are stored in line with 3D Leisure’s policies on client confidentiality.

18. Understand how the Swim Starz scheme operates, being the first point of contact for all enquiries and payments.

19. Implement all strategies and financial targets of the company to ensure the site operates at maximum financial performance

20. Take reasonable care of your own safety and of others and fully comply with 3D Leisure’s health and safety policies and procedures.

21. Contribute to continuous improvement of the service including any internal and external assessments.

22. To be available to carry out other various tasks that may arise throughout the Centre including Duty Manager shifts.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
