Overview

We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to enhance clients' natural beauty through expert treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where customer satisfaction and high standards are prioritised. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and refreshed. A background in makeup application, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this position.

Coco is a well established hair and beauty salon in the heart of Rhiwbina village.

Responsibilities

Provide customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing, nails including biab, extension, gel and other specialised services
Apply makeup with precision to meet clients’ preferences and occasions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas and equipment
Offer professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and address any concerns or questions
Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences
Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Skills

Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour coordination and detail
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment procedures
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism
A genuine passion for the beauty industry coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: £12.71-£32.25 per hour
