Job Summary

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments with precision and creativity
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages client loyalty
Assist clients with additional beauty services including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance their overall look
Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team spirit

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barbering professional with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in career growth opportunities
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally
Experience in front desk operations or appointment scheduling is beneficial for managing client flow efficiently
Passionate about mentoring others and continuously developing your skills in the beauty industry
