Full job description

Responsibilities:

- Provide in person counter service to clients visiting our Carmarthen and Crosshands branches as required

- Provide specific product knowledge

- Assist with loading and unloading upvc building products, including doors, windows, guttering, flooring etc

- Deliver upvc building product to commercial and private customers throughout Carmarthenshire and beyond as required
- Be able to offer administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with answering direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as required
- Greet and assist clients as required in a sales related capacity
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with stock control.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales and/or administrative assistant / delivery driver or in a related role
- Computer system experience
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional and strong work ethic

- Ability to handle heavy stock items as and when required.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications. The successful candidate may be required to perform additional tasks as needed to support branch operations. The position is a floating position between our Carmarthen and Crosshands branches, based on staff requirements in both branches. Saturday working will be required at our Crosshands branch. ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATES NEED APPLY.

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
