Buston and Maughan are seeking an experienced Plasterer / Multi skilled operative to support works across social housing contracts.
The successful candidate will carry out plastering and associated repair works.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs and rendering
- Undertake damp and mould remedial work
- Complete multi-skilled works for general repairs
- Prepare surfaces and ensure high quality finishes
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices where required
What we are looking for
- Proven plastering experience within social housing
- Additional multi-trade skills advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
