Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in patient experiences. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their healthcare journey with professionalism and compassion. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, and effective communication between patients and medical staff. Duties

Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate scheduling.
Manage patient records with precision, updating information promptly and maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up visits to optimize clinic flow.
Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers by communicating instructions and answering questions clearly.
Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and collecting necessary documentation to facilitate smooth administrative processes.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Support office operations by handling phone calls, emails, and appointment reminders efficiently.

Skills

Previous experience working in an office setting or healthcare environment is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while providing exceptional customer service.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
