RESORT: Cromer Country Club

LOCATION: Cromer NR27 0DJ

HOURS: 40 per week

SALARY: £13.47 per hour

Are you looking for a unique and exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? Look no further! We are seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our team at Cromer Country Club. As a world-class resort, we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our members and guests. Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

General administration duties, including checking guests in and out
Assist with training new and existing staff
Be the first point of contact for all guests
Resolve guest issues in a timely manner
Act as a Duty Manager when required
Any other tasks allocated to the department
To ensure staff, Reception and guest facilities are prepared and maintained at the highest standards possible at all times
Promoting a culture of exceptional service with a strong focus on delivering “inspired hospitality”

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:

Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to multi task and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach

The role requires the successful candidates to work five days over seven, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a shift/rota basis and covering night shifts on an ad hoc basis!
