Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from carpentry and roofing to plumbing and electrical work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your broad skill set in a fast-paced environment, supporting the seamless delivery of construction projects that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail
Carry out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance using appropriate techniques and materials
Conduct construction painting to ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to specifications
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential or commercial buildings
Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing with accuracy
Handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with safety regulations
Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently across multiple trades as needed
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times

Skills

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, , electrical work, plastering
Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and surface preparation
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers, etc.
Skilled in operating power tools like drills, grinders, saws, and welding machines
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
Good physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
