Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Fish Fryer, where your passion for food preparation and cooking will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and frying fresh fish to deliver delicious, high-quality meals that delight our customers. Your culinary skills and attention to food safety will ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities

Prepare fish and other ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook fish to perfection
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frying station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours
Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as needed
Serve finished dishes promptly and courteously to customers or servers
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment

Requirements

Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles preferred but not required; training available for motivated candidates
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of raw ingredients
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
Experience in restaurant or culinary settings is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers effectively
