FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
BASED IN CHELMSFORD - CM1
6AM - 6PM SHIFT, 5 DAYS A WEEK
£10.50 P/H
£11.20 P/H - SUNDAY RATE
£25 WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUS
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - FULL TRAINING GIVEN
ONGOING POSITION WITH PERM OPPORTUNITY

Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading food manufacture company based in Chelmsford, CM1, who are looking for Food Production Operatives to join their team!

Our Client is a leading independent manufacturer of chilled and frozen food in the dynamic and exciting 'Food to Go' market, with a strong national and international customer base and the nation's premier supplier of fresh quality food, made daily.

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative:

Food production work on a production line making sandwiches, wraps etc.
You will be working as part of the production team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running with particular reference to quality hygiene and safety in line with company policy.

Shift patterns available as a Production Operative:

06:00 - 18:00
5 DAYS A WEEK
EVERY SATURDAY OFF + 1 DAY IN A WEEK

Key attributes as a Production Operative:

Great attention to detail
Reliable with a desire to succeed
Target driven / motivated
Basic English communication
Initiative and the ability to solve problems
