We are looking for an Office & Business Operations Manager to help maintain the operational backbone of the organisation and ensure that important activities are not simply discussed, but completed, monitored and improved.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
As businesses grow, operational administration becomes increasingly important. Financial activities need to be completed accurately, suppliers need to be managed, records need to be maintained, reviews need to happen, actions need to be followed up and information needs to be organised and visible.
This role exists to ensure that the business remains organised, efficient and well run.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Finance administration including invoicing, purchase ledger support and credit control administration
- HR administration including onboarding, employee records and administration support
- Facilities, supplier and office management
- Travel and event coordination
- Governance administration and operational reporting
- Maintaining business records, logs and documentation
- Monitoring recurring business activities and ensuring actions are completed
- Supporting business continuity and operational resilience activities
- Supporting marketing administration, website updates and business communications
- CRM administration and maintenance of marketing records
- Helping identify opportunities to improve organisation, efficiency and visibility across the business

- Operational activities are being completed consistently
- Records, logs and documentation are well maintained

- Colleagues trust that important activities are being monitored and progressed
- The business is more organised and efficient because of your contribution
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Business Support, Practice Manager or similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence working independently

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
This role has been designed to evolve alongside the business and offers genuine opportunities to develop into broader Business Operations responsibilities over time.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
