Annual salary: Competitive + Benefits

9-12 month Maternity Cover - Pharmacist Manager - Starting in December 2026

Sible Hedingham, Halstead CO9 3PP

3 or 5 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday OR Monday to Friday

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing a team, driving NHS services and overseeing a busy dispensary.

Please note this role is subject to a DBS check and valid GPhC registration

Responsibilities:

Overall management and responsibility of the branch including dispensing, checking, and providing clinical services.
Ensuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP Surgeries, and health care professionals.
Lead the management of a professional and productive team.
Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety.
Deliver and demonstrate the Day Lewis working core values.
