Office Junior (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: SW16 (Office Based)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:45pm
Salary: Approximately £28,000 per annum (pro rata)

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team.

We are a family run property maintenance business who provide facilities management, refurbishment and drainage services to a series of high calibre clients across London.

Whether we are providing tailored renovation management or are called out to unblock a drain, our office is the hub of all enquiries. As a small team, you will work closely with the other office team members to ensure seamless business operations. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn our systems and procedures with strong communication skills.

The role would particularly suit a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to develop their administrative skills and gain hands-on experience in a busy office.

Key Responsibilities

· General administrative support to the office team.

· Filing and maintaining both paper and electronic records.

· Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner.

· Logging call outs onto our job management system

· Handling incoming and outgoing post.

· Assisting with data entry and document preparation.

· Providing general office support as required.

· Helping to keep the office organised and running efficiently.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be well organised with good attention to detail.

· Be confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

· Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Previous office experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and is keen to gain practical experience in an office environment.
