Urbano32 is Hiring: Experienced Pizzaiolo
Location: Chester City Centre
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive, plus tips & staff perks

At Urbano32, pizza is the heart of everything we do — hand-stretched, wood-fired, and crafted with care. We're looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our buzzing kitchen team in the heart of Chester.

If you live for perfect dough, crave a fast-paced open kitchen, and love creating pizza that people remember — we want to meet you.

What the role involves:

Making fresh dough daily and handling it with skill and consistency
Stretching and firing pizzas to perfection in our stone oven
Working clean, fast, and efficiently during busy service
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and prep
Collaborating with chefs and front-of-house to deliver a great guest experience

You’ll need to bring:

Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a pizza-led kitchen
A real passion for pizza, fresh ingredients, and quality
Great energy and a calm head under pressure
Attention to detail — from dough to table
A team-first attitude and pride in your craft
