Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people-focused field, this could be just the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team at The Liverpool Brace Place

Part-time hours available, 32 hours per week over 4 days
Shift Pattern Monday- 7:45- 4:45 , Tuesday-7:45-4:45, Thursday-7:45-4:45, Friday-7:45 - 4:45
Competitive salary rate from £35,000 per year
General & cosmetic dental practice with specialist orthodontists and specialist implantologists
Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

Experience in general and ortho dental or have a private commercial background
A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
Passionate about delivering great service
Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
