Shift Pattern: Alternating double days weekly shifts
Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

The Role

Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve production and performance targets.
Managing attendance, conducting performance reviews, supporting employee development, and handling disciplinary and absence management where required.
Building strong working relationships with other departments to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

The Candidate

A Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
A minimum of three years’ experience in a Shift Leader or similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Experience managing team performance, coaching employees, and driving engagement.
