Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Trader to join our skilled and detail conscious construction team as we scale up . In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and safety of our structures while supporting the seamless coordination of multiple trades on-site. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to showcase their diverse skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks such as kitchens, framing, door and window installation, and finish carpentry work with precision and attention to detail
Decorating, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats to achieve smooth, professional results
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems to support building functionality and safety
Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing to meet project specifications
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently across various tasks while maintaining safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to coordinate trades effectively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope

Experience

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, masonry and plumbing
Hands-on knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and best practices
Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues
