Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering growth for the company. Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions effectively
Negotiate terms of sale, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting company targets
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales progress using organizational tools
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and close deals efficiently
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new customer segments
Assist in administrative tasks related to sales documentation, contracts, and client databases
Communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (if applicable) to serve diverse client bases

You don’t need to know everything about estate agency from day one — we can teach you that. What we want is someone with the right attitude, energy and appetite to learn.

You’ll enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and, most importantly, putting deals together. You should get a real buzz from turning an enquiry into a viewing, a viewing into an offer and an offer into an agreed sale.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong work ethic and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
Is hungry to do deals and earn commission
Enjoys negotiating and finding ways to make a deal work
Wants to learn and develop quickly
Is confident, positive and good with people
Takes pride in following things through rather than leaving jobs half-finished
Is organised and able to keep on top of applicants, vendors and follow-ups
Responds well to targets and enjoys seeing their results
Wants their hard work to be noticed, recognised and rewarded
Wants to become an excellent estate agent, not simply have another job

Previous estate agency experience is welcome, but attitude and drive are more important to us.
