CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services , part of CLCH NHS Trust provides a wide range of community services across Hertfordshire. We are excited to expand our Neuro In-Patient Rehabilitation Team at Langley House – Holywell Rehab Unit, and we are seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join us.

At Langley House, you will be part of a supportive, enthusiastic team dedicated to helping patients rebuild their independence and improve their quality of life. Deliver High-Quality Care: Support patients with neuro conditions, including stroke, to enhance independence and quality of life.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement integrated care plans.
Professional Development: Engage with CLCH Academy programs for CPD, skill enhancemen t and clinical academic opportunities.
Mentorship & Team Support: Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to continuous learning within the team.
Community Visits: Provide care in the community as required . Car access is essential unless exempt under the Equality Act 2010, with appropriate insurance and documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.

Flexible Working: Participate in weekend work on a rota of one weekend every six weeks .
