The Role

As a CUPRA Master / Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the CUPRA brand – delivering a truly exclusive and personalised experience for every customer. You’ll be someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results through building strong connections, understanding each customer’s needs, and guiding them through a seamless and exciting journey from first contact to handover.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and prospects for new and pre-owned CUPRA vehicles.
Delivering a premium, customer-focused experience that reflects the CUPRA ethos.
Engaging with customers confidently, both face-to-face and digitally.
Applying a consistent, structured sales process to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and services.
Following up on all customer enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have a proven background in providing outstanding customer service.
Be an attentive listener with a friendly, approachable manner.
Ideally have experience in automotive sales, with success in both new and used vehicle sales.
Be passionate about motorsport and the CUPRA brand.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Be confident following a structured, results-driven sales process.

Basic Salary: £20,000
On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £48,500
