About Yoni Yoni

Yoni Yoni is a UK intimate care brand making pH-balanced, plant-powered products for vulva and vaginal health — handmade in small batches at our Orpington workshop. We've built a community of 25,000+ women who trust us to talk honestly about a subject most brands still tiptoe around.

Our voice is the informed older sister: warm, direct, never clinical, never embarrassed. "Your Vulva Deserves More Than Water" is not a slogan we whisper.

We sell through our own Shopify store and TikTok Shop, and we're growing fast.

The role

We're looking for someone to become the familiar face of Yoni Yoni across TikTok and Instagram.

This isn't a role where you post from behind a logo. You'll be on camera regularly, and over time our community will come to know you — which means we're looking for someone who wants to build something and stay with it, not pass through.

Day to day you'll film and post short-form video, create static posts from our brand templates, keep on top of trends, and reply to the people in our comments and DMs. We use AI heavily to plan campaigns and generate visuals, so you'll spend less time on production grunt work and more time on the things only a person can do: being on camera, having taste, and knowing what our community actually wants.

You must be genuinely comfortable talking about feminine hygiene, periods, discharge, intimate skincare and sexual wellness — on camera, in public, with your face attached. If that makes you uneasy, this isn't the role for you. If it makes you excited, keep reading.

What you'll do

On-camera content

Appear on camera as a regular, recognisable brand representative across TikTok and Instagram
Film, edit and post short-form video — talking heads, demos, GRWM, education, trend formats
Speak confidently and accurately about intimate health topics in our brand voice
Respond to comments and DMs, and build genuine relationships with our community

Social content and trends

Run the content calendar across TikTok and Instagram
Track trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments daily, and turn them around fast
Use AI tools to help plan campaigns, draft concepts and generate visuals — we'll train you on our workflow
Report on performance: views, engagement, follower growth, click-through, attributed sales

Static and design

Create static posts, carousels and stories using our brand guidelines and templates
Keep everything consistent and on-brand in look and tone

Marketing support

Support our ad accounts (Meta and TikTok) — uploading creatives, monitoring performance and flagging what's working. You won't be setting strategy or holding the budget, but you will be close to it and will learn it.
Help build and schedule email campaigns in Omnisend
Feed learnings from organic content into paid, and vice versa
Work closely alongside our TikTok Shop affiliate manager — you'll own our own-brand content, they'll own the creator and affiliate side, and you'll share what's working between you

About you

Essential

Confident and natural on camera — you'll be asked to show examples
Comfortable and knowledgeable talking about feminine hygiene and intimate wellness
Evidence of growing a TikTok and/or Instagram account, yours or a brand's — bring the numbers
Strong instinct for what makes content perform: hooks, retention, formats, trend cycles
Able to design static assets to brief in Canva or similar, working within existing brand templates
Comfortable using AI tools, or genuinely keen to learn
Organised and self-directed — you'll be trusted to hit a posting schedule without being chased
Able to work on-site in Orpington

Nice to have

Familiarity with Meta or TikTok Ads Manager
Experience with email marketing platforms (Omnisend, Klaviyo or similar)
Experience with Shopify and/or TikTok Shop
Video editing beyond CapCut
Interest in women's health, wellness or beauty

This is a role for someone earlier in their career who wants real responsibility fast. If you've got two years of experience and a good eye, we're interested.
