Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team in No10 Hotel as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will ensure every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Duties

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are kept tidy, organised, and welcoming for guests.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to provide guests with a complete experience.
Follow established health and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
Assist with laundry duties and organising linens and towels efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all rooms are prepared promptly for new arrivals or checkouts.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is advantageous.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout your shift.
